Little known fact: planes are not secured mainly by welds or rivets. Rather most parts are held together with an industrial strength glue. Given the strength of the adhesives they use to hold together many parts in normal circumstances, some tape with the same strength adhesive should work just as well.

Don't forget that Microsoft made the Sync system in Ford cars. As someone who has used it for a short period of time, I can definitely say that it's about 95% accurate. @geolemon: Your android phone is capable of pulling up a browser splash page just as well as a laptop. I've done it a number of times at conferences where they nearly always require a minimum of a splash page with usage terms to agree to. I assume this will work the same way.
