Good god, a shop vac changed my entire perspective on car cleaning. Seats out and a little shop vac action and my car was cleaner than it had ever been before.

Don’t blame millenials for employers’ decisions. They negotiated a salary and accepted a job offer. If employers want to pay new hires a lot and screw existing employees on raises, that’s generally out of the new hire’s control.
