Until a native app does appear, just go to youtube.com/tv on your ps4 browser. That's basically the ps3/wii u app only it runs better. You can queue stuff from your phone and everything. The only problem is it doesn't have ds4 friendly controls.

You should have a game library on Amazon, that has all the digital games you've bought and has the keys or download links(if it's not steam or something similar).

Have you played Guilty Gear or Persona 4 Arena? It's kinda like those(less complicated than GG, more than P4).
This is a port of the PS2 version that had a bunch of extra content (and never released outside Japan). Also it comes with the sequel, though I hear it's not good.
