Right, especially considering the entire games are 7GB that is huge by comparison.

Implementing the d-pad, 4 face button layout, shoulder buttons, analog stick, vibration, touch/motion controls, integrating a speaker and mic into their controllers could all be considered “gimmicks” too but somebody had to do it first to see what would stick and Nintendo is the first I can think of to really do many

I completely understand. Especially considering the price of the storage cards for the Series consoles. By the time you add 1TB of usable storage you may as well have just bought the X.

The oled runs on the same chipset from the first revision that came out around the same time as the Switch lite. There is really no performance difference other than being much more power efficient. So the only real advantage that has come from the Mariko switches is increased battery life.

It is highly dependent on the game. People tend to have issues with free movement in first person. I suppose it could vary dependent on your setup too, like if you are getting frame drops that cause a disconnect between your physical movement and the game catching up. I got it really bad while playing The Inpatient

Nascar 2005 - A Telltale Games Series

I played the original release on Dreamcast but never finished the game until the Gamecube release because I was SURE the game would switch me back to Claire so I left basically everything in the last item box in the game so I could get them as Claire. You cannot go back to this item box if you use the save point

Not sure if it is due to patches over time or playing on the one x with an ssd but I bought the HD collection this summer and 2 (I haven’t played 3 on there yet) played really well. It actually shocked me how well it held up given all the bad press.

The sequel was not good but I’m not gonna lie. When pyramid head was summoned into the fight at the end (I’m foggy on the specifics) but I remember getting super hyped to see him throw down so it had that as a good popcorn movie moment.

I played Layers of Fear and loved it. Less so with Observer and I thought The Medium was good. It was perfectly fine horror nonsense but might have tried to be too involved by intertwining characters from past and present events. I did think it was technically impressive and was very atmospheric though lacking in

This is also the first I have heard the Horizon Worlds name. I can’t scroll for 30 seconds on Facebook without seeing an ad and half of them are for scam products. They aren’t even advertising their own stuff yet have room for all this garbage on there.

I forgot about Nathan’s. Those are legit and it makes sense they would take longer to nuke than something like an Oscar Mayer.

It is on the Rare Replay Collection and it is amazing. Having a second analog stick is a game changer.

I am not above eating a lazy microwaved hotdog (its not exactly gourmet food no matter how it is prepared) but I cannot imagine a scenario where 3:30 leaves anything more than cremated hotdog remains.

Also this week the Life is Strange Remastered collection comes to Switch. The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero hits Switch, Playstation and PC and Tunic releases on things that aren’t Xbox.

Games Releasing the Week of Sept 26th-Oct 2nd

I feel like even games that sold well for Wii U games did not sell well by any normal standard. They should try again, though I am not sure what title would be a good jumping in point.

My calm falls away pretty quickly when a new bird/worm I don’t know how to approach sweeps the field and  80 little Pikmin screams are followed by their little ghosts floating to Pikmin heaven.

I made a conscious decision to click after thinking that a new Switch would be setting the internet on fire, not randomly mentioned alongside new Pokemon news but I had to click just in case.
