Cancelling a movie in pre production

I don't think it's surprising he brought it up at all. He's promoting True Detetctive and one of the things True Detective used was an intimacy coordinator. So Eccleston is praising the very concept of what they do on sets by relating it to how having an unbiased third party during sensitive times for actors is great,

It has an 80% rating on rotten tomatoes. How is that "fucking terrible"?

You’re not alone. I loved it too.

The insane thing is that he simply should have taken a plea deal, laid low for a year, and it would have blown over. Thankfully though, he and his awful legal team decided to violently fight back as hard as possible, and in the process, completely exposed an unrepentant monster for what he is.

I'd love a spin off about The Baron and his increasingly ridiculous domestic life. Doug Jones is free now that his Star Trek show has ended.

The season 5 finale was perfect.

I did really love the series long gag that he finally got what he wanted, and it just goes comically wrong on every level.

He’s absolutely sensational in Alan Wake 2. Hell, he was sensational in Max Payne. Sensational in Control.

Other than releasing loki season 2, the complete silence from marvel about majors throughout the year has been defeaning.

I’m just a man, but I can think of nothing worse to become “famous” as a woman who was an assault victim of a massive movie star.

Nutjobs: “He’s innocent until proven guilty!!!”

Better approach: ditch kang entirely and just restart with Dr doom or some other villain.

I remain more and more thankful that Bojack Horseman got 6 seasons and a proper finale.

Remedy making a major budget game (published by EPIC of all publishers) that has this level of personal reflection and satire and sheer boldness is what makes them a developer to be protected at all costs.

Sam Lake being such a softly spoken, but passionate creative makes me love the man so much. Putting your face in a video game you made could be the sign of the biggest narcissistic personality ever, but Lake brilliantly makes it a really funny and even emotional joke.

I won’t spoil it for anyone who hasn’t played it or seen it, but that musical number is the greatest, most joyful things I’ve seen in a piece of media in many years. That scene alone single-handedly justified the entire game. The rest of AW2 is pretty great too. It's refreshing how much that made AW1 a kind of

Green definitely has had one of the more interesting director careers. Randomly pivoting from acclaimed indie movies to Danny McBride stoner movies and then pivoting to horror movie reboots (with Danny McBride writing) is kind of unique in terms of career paths.

The 2018 Halloween worked extremely well for me. Mostly because it felt like a pretty refreshing back to basics slasher that restored the surreal nightmare level of Michael, along with a lot of well done little character beats and anchored by Jamie Lee Curtis kicking ass.
