The frustrating thing about this is that Disney and FX are increasingly unwilling to release their content to physical media.

They did quietly say a month or so back that willow was cancelled.

It's also the final misery that Y the Last man had such a long, torturous road to be adapted, and then ends, not simply as a one season show released during a real life pandemic, but a one season show Disney is essentially erasing.

Wow, I knew a little about her and Besson, but seeing it all like that is crazy.

I have no animosity towards Rodriguez, but it was funny he kept citing Hitchcock movies as his inspiration for hypnotic, when the trailer makes it blatantly clear its a low rent Nolan knockoff.

Amusing to see hypnotic did so badly. Robert Rodriguez is a cool guy, but the trailer seems insanely drab and derivative. It somehow cost 65 million as well, which is a little baffling.

In hindsight, her dressmaker role was like a dry run for shiv. A character that pivots between sympathetic and abhorrent, but utterly captivating due to Snook.

It was definitely a memorable experience. From memory, it’s largely held together by Snook, which is particularly remarkable given she was totally unknown before that movie. Not to mention how complicated and surreal her character is.

I remember when I first saw Sarah Snook. It was in a weird sci fi Australian made film called Predestination. The film was okay, but I remember the trailer had some review quote calling Snook the next Cate Blanchett. She did absolutely command the screen in that film.

Costner didn’t direct waterworld.

Wasn’t the postman his last long ass western that he directed?

Good lord, the comment sections on these kinja sites is getting worse and worse. Apparently loading 90 ads and trying to get me to the next article is preferable than the comments. I can’t even load most of these comments on my mobile device now. Something is going on and I don’t like it.

It’s a wildly entertaining game that deserved more love. The live tv thing is a little baffling, but I blame microsoft for that. The standard Remedy level quality is everywhere else.

Hey now, that movie has the wonderful Nonso Anozie and...uh...it also has...um...but Nonso! Nonso!!!

Plus the 2003 movie has the perfect Jason Isaacs playing Mr Darling and Hook and manages to make them feel radically different, as only a great actor like him can.

Bill Willingham was heavily considering using that very premise for his comic series “Fables”. He eventually decided against it, mainly because he only felt comfortable using completely public domain characters, and Peter Pan is still under a form of copyright in the UK due to the charity it was donated to.

In your perfect world, how does each squad member play differently?

Now playing

Watch the 2021 trailer. It shows them all using unique powers.

No offence here, but you may want to read the official description of the game on the steam page carefully.

So if not the developer who literally built it across three arkham games, who does own the arkham world?
