To be fair, she was one of the few actors who actually emerged from cats with a performance to actually enjoy. It's a shame swift wasn't in more of that film.

My big hatred of hustle was how loose the movie was, with every actor trying to loudly out-act everyone else. Amsterdam definitely gave me vibes of that, so even with my interest, I was never going to see this at a cinema. Maybe Disney plus.

I'm still sore over what an overrated, loud and smug piece of shit American hustle was. That was before I learned Russell terrorised amy Adams. 

It’s a damn shame Jim Jarmusch never did a full movie with her. Hell, cast Cate, Tilda Swinton and Bill Murray together in a Jim Jarmusch movie. Let the sparks fly.

Hugh Grant has rapidly morphed into such a great actor. He’s repeatedly said cloud atlas blasted him out of his comfort zone, and my word did that film use him in genius ways. Without cloud atlas, we never would have gotten the late period Paddington 2 wonder of Grant.
