I tend to think of the current version as the show's Joker and Gomez is absolutely nailing that.

Agree completely. I'm loving what Gomez is doing with the character.
I don't think it's tired at all. Not really sure what I can say if you've already made your mind up, but I think Who is in a good place at the moment.
You love "Love and Monsters"??? To the Dalek prison camps with you!
I thought it was great but, if you're not a fan of Moffat, you probably won't be a fan. It's definitely Moffat-esque.
Pretty true of US network tv too, unfortunately :(
I want Armitage to play Frankenstein's monster in something now. This show has convinced me that he'd be perfect for that role.
I misread that as "It's the True Detective of historical fiction." Not sure if that's better or worse. Guess it depends on the season of TD.
Yeah, that was the first thing I thought of too. I'd love to see his face when he realizes that his website sounds like Jim'll Fix It - a television show hosted by one of the most prolific sexual predators in recent history.
Seven was my first Doctor and you always remember your first.
I justify it because of the way the Eleventh Doctor died. Eleven had a big heart, especially when it came to children, and he got stuck on a single planet because of how much he cared for people. That need to look after others saw him forced to do the one thing that The Doctor has always hated - stand still.
I'm honestly baffled by the grade and the declaration that this finale was a letdown. I thought it was a particularly strong finale because the main plot was wrapped up in the first half, leaving us with the second half to tie up some of the individual character arcs (Caliban thinks he deserves another person to love…
I know some people don't enjoy the Creature's storyline but, damn, if he isn't one of my favorite characters in this show. Kinnear's face can look so child-like and sad sometimes that it just breaks my heart, and it's easy to forget - amidst one of his rage-induced violent acts - that he's essentially a newborn whose…
Good response, man! 10/10. Would definitely read again.
Voted down for being wrong twice in just one sentence.
You seem to want a different interpretation to the Frankenstein's monster which the show is giving us, and that's okay. But it's not the version that Logan is interested in, and therefore it's not the version that Kinnear is playing.
I'm loving this new "Don't fuck wth me" Lily who'll make you bow down before her and then bite your ear off. She's awesome!
It's probably a testament to the actor that people like myself can see the sympathetic side of the Monster despite the horrible things that he's done. Sometimes good people do terrible things (and vice versa).
"Caliban is decidely in the latter category."
Huh?
