It’s the same mode as the one that held Ariana Grande’s concert and the Christopher Nolan film, no?

I think what surprised me more about that gallery is just how many fucking transformations she’s had in the series. Also the sheer amount of shots of her. I know she’s a major character but good lord.

How the fuck did that person have a job?

It’s like that story of a pastor in a flood. He prayed god would help him through it and all throughout the flood, when help came around he denied it saying god would help him. He died and when asking god why he didn’t help him, god said “I sent those boats” lol

I don’t normally fuck with Michael’s articles because even though he’s justifiably pissed and eloquently coming after people and systems that rightfully deserve to be taken down, the tone doesn’t always sit well with me. That’s not a problem on him. That’s on me and anyone who sees this is well within their right to

I really hope she wasn’t serious about the dudes wearing pink comment. Shit used to be a manly color and no matter what it’s considered now, it’s just a color in the end. Shit has no fucking gender. That Lil Nas X shit tho is unforgivable. Dude is out here being positive and fabulous as fuck and she’s out here being

See: Caitlyn Jenner.

His voice actor is black. I actually have no idea what race he would be if they wanted to go full 100% accuracy but IDFK how anyone is getting their panties in a bunch because he’s black.

It’s kinda interesting you bring up business heads doctoring movies. It’s not a live action adaptation but Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind was a victim to that. Guess who was responsible? Harvey fucking Weinstein.

It kinda makes me happy to know that Speed Racer has fans. I didn’t like it much as a kid (I wasn't exactly in a good place the first time I watched it and one of the characters reminded me of a crush I had), but I warmed up to it. The racing is sick, the colors are on point, a lot of the scenes capture some crazy ass

Legit question but what is the point? I don’t understand why saying anime isn’t a genre is bad?

Using justification from a manga that came out AFTER these screenshots? Shit, even if he’s 15 in that picture, that still doesn’t explain the height difference between him and bulma. Regardless, I don’t have much of a fucking problem with Goku himself. At this point, most fans would know he’s pretty much a fighting

I thought you were talking about Ogre Battle 64 for a sec so I had to go double check what Quest 64 was. Yep, that game looks pretty bad.

He’s not 15 in the original fucking manga scene. He doesn’t come CLOSE to looking like a 15 year old. You need to STOP with the bullshit.

Welp, that’s borderline motivation enough to almost watch it. The author isn’t actually a dick like the dragon quest composer, is he?

I’d watch it to understand what you’re referencing but after reading all the stuff about the AOT author, I’ll leave it to my imagination how bad Eren becomes.

I grew up in the 2000’s and it was still kinda weird to like anime. It probably wasn’t nearly as bad as what you went through but I think it really hit popularity with Naruto when I was in middle school.

I looked it up real quick but apparently it started in 1997? I guess it didn’t get big until the Toonami T.O.M host I know first signed on with DBZ, YuYu Hakusho, and Transformers Armada.

I did not know what Key the Metal Idol was until now. Pre-2000’s anime was on some shit.

Reading that makes me feel kind of blessed I had cable as a kid. I should probably thank my parents for that sometime. Kids today also have a fuckton of streaming options too. Wild to think a manga magazine I’ve known since I was a kid hasn’t always been popular everywhere. Huh.
