Your #1 & #2 kind of fall under the umbrella of #3, no?

I think it was Christopher Lee or Ian Mckellen when asked about the challenges of green screen who shrugged and pointed out that it’s what every actor in every theatre in the world has to do every day. 

I hate to do this, but moviemaking is my industry: you’re talking about Visual Effects, not Special Effects. The VFX people do the blue/green screen stuff, wether digitally or optically, while the SFX people do the on set explosions and wire work and car flips and anything else that actually happens around the actors…

Visual Effects =/= Special Effects.

I’ve been a fan since the pilot and think this season is even stronger than the first. I’m enjoying immensely.

Absolutely. People that trash this show as being some sort of Star Trek fan cosplay aren’t appreciating how much...well, recent Trek has been that...and also how Seth MacFarlane has clearly paid serious attention to Trek and what made it great. And at the same time has embraced the ‘everyperson’ day to day realities…

Is this really "advertising" a show that's been off screen for a decade or perhaps is it simply doing something worthwhile with a franchise that's a perfect fit? 

I’m hoping the only reason Chairface Chippendale is left out of this trailer is so they can surprise us sometime during the season. I really, REALLY, want Chairface on this show.

I bet Jan Micheal Vincent will be the real killer.

Or he might have just been identifying with Africans who came before, and using the term “ancestors” for them, even if it isn’t factually correct.

I dunno... “We’re marching around in circles blasting trumpets in the hopes of demolishing the city walls” is a fairly evocative metaphor for this situation. 

Remember James the whole deal with the devil I mean Ghost Rider? Don’t think they every told us the exact details of that deal and would make a good way to bring back Coulson. Because can we really have the show without him? 

Only allegations at this point .. anyone can make those — about anyone — at any time. Until and unless substantive evidence is presented, the reactionary path is placing your feelings above any actual proof. A little patience is all we need before jumping to conclusions.
