glad I’m not the only one who didn’t recognize that name. I read the book several times, and while it had a HUGE cast, I was fairly sure I recalled all the main characters.

I think her name is Laura.

but, what do Thor and Hitler have in common? Valkyrie.

man - I can’t believe you didn’t mention KOTOR! (it’s on GOG - but, yeah, I’d LOVE this on the console)

according to Wookiepedia - it’s bantha milk.

And it’s full of marrowbone jelly!

that was amazing. The sort of animation I remember from childhood. And I love that last theft :-)

no love for the (player-named) mabari hounds in Dragon Age? I found them to be faithful, loving, and occasional bringers of strange gifts.

Many tried. All failed. The Tick is an impenetrable Wall of do-gooding Thickness. (still pissed at Amazon for dropping their version)

the older I get the more I agree with your statement. A decade ago I would have argued for a remake/sequel/whatever. Now...I’m content to enjoy the original.

I don’t know that I want a ‘disneyfied’ version of Buckaroo. I think I’ll just watch the original for the umpteenth time.

That would be fun! Now I’m dreaming about it too.

as his own grandfather? ;-)

I want to be ‘cautious’ - but I really liked Agent Carter, so I’m just going to go all out and be optimistic (because they can’t hurt me again like they hurt me before!)

Perfect Tommy, undercover as an alien. Sounds good to me :-)

I’m the same age as May! Part of why I like her is seeing someone “like me” (because, let’s face it, I’ve NEVER been able to fight like May, at this age or any other) on TV, but also because I can relate to her personality. Her non-verbal WTF looks always crack me up. And I loved her beat-down on Ward.

Yes - I’m happy that they know it’s ending and have a chance to write a satisfying finale. I’ll be sad when I have no more Agents of SHIELD to watch though

I will definitely miss Agent May the most. I love the cast - but May is my idol.

clearly that blackbird is taking the “one seed” to Mordor and needed rescuing along the way. :-)

I saw a pair dive-bombing a great blue heron. The heron seemed mildly put-out, but eventually flew off a few hundred yards.
