The P1 had legendary shoes to fill, and unlike the F1 it had to fight over the spotlight with the 918 and LaFerrari. Getting even close to the F1’s status was pretty much impossible, but they put forth a great attempt.

Wrong. Column shifts are the best. They save space that would be wasted by a wannabe stick shift gear selector on console. They allow you to quickly and accurately move from forward to reverse if you need to rock the car back and forth. Also, why wouldn’t we want to promote diversity in the world of shifters? Bring…
