Everyone knows they’re beasts and reliable. What are they like day to day? Real world highway fuel mileage and range? Using the seemingly small cargo area compromised by non-removable third row seats?

Then it would be easier to list who does make BOF SUVs. Can only think of: Chevy/GMC/Cadillac, Ford/Lincoln, Toyota/Lexus, Nissan/Infiniti, Mercedes, and Jeep (if the Wrangler counts as an SUV).

If the head is already assembled, it shouldn’t be much extra work. Have to pull the head to do the gasket anyways, just put a new head on when putting it back together instead of the original.

Modern engines are full of small passages for chain tensioners, cam phasers, etc. and extended oil changes can block them over the long term.
