I strongly dislike the direction that Windows and Mac are going... Seems like companies and developers are figuring it out.
The initial image is kind of misleading, sure - if you keep that many messages in your inbox it'll look busier (that image makes it look like outlook is super clean and minimalist whereas gmail is busy and cluttered). Probably an accident given that Outlook is so new you probably don't have tons of messages yet...
Wise individual.
Your method is definitely better - I was just trying to think as cheaply as possible (but safe-ish).
I would do a full fresh install (just pop it in and boot from the os disc). Get an external enclosure for the old one and copy what you need off it.
I just leave my tablet in the bathroom so I always have reading material. That one might be good for wiping... ;)
What languages? Codeacademy is good (as many have mentioned), The New Boston has some good PHP ones, otherwise I just figure out projects I want to do, choose a language that (Should) get me there and start googling to figure out functions that help me get there.

I would hope that many managers that are in a company for a while are reasonable - so if they're not for you, don't bother reading the rest of this comment...
I have gone back and forth on this one personally, but I have come down on agreeing with you (probably partially due to my first smartphone being an android). It gets it wrong about 90% of the time (When it's not auto-capitalizing, which almost always works).
On a different idea for a 'Stylus' you can make gloves capacitive with just a touch of thermal paste for a CPU. I'd probably just buy a stylus though when you look at how cheap they are if you actually want one...
Thanks for the tips!
Yes, in my experience it was better. Plus, Tasker can supposedly import Locale plugins (last I checked before I no longer owned a droid (sad face)).
I made a few:
