Whats wrong with Remote Desktop? We dont have any issues with ours, and we connect to thousands of devices each day, both servers or end use devices. Win7, WIn8, Win10, Server OS’s...etc.
They are priced higher than other chicken chains. Until thats fixed...they will be forever lost.
Valve makes 4 billion a year. Epic just got a 15 billion dollar evaluation and makes THE most successful game engine in history.
Why would you ever save your payment info on Steam or any other launcher? They have all been compromised. NEVER save payment info, on ANY site. Thats just asking for trouble. Its security 101. Always use an external authenticator app (meaning dont rely on emailed codes), and never save payment info.
If that happens, I wont mind one bit. It doesnt even register as a blip on the radar. As for microtransactions, i dont buy them. I may have a game that has loot crates, or cosmetic DLC...but outside of that, I dont spend money on it, because it doesnt affect the game itself. If it was required (as in pay to win),…
Im putting off buying one until the new models are announced. Id like a bigger one, around the size of the kindle Fire HD 10...so Im hoping we see something like that.

My point was that it sold well without Steam. Personally I don’t care which launcher it’s on. If I like the game, I’m playing it.
Sockpuppet...shill...your small group keeps pushing that and it smacks of xenophobia.
I certainly do. One of the recent Insider builds we got allows playing Xbox games on windows 10 devices. I was under the assumption that is being released this month. I am not talking about the Play Anywhere thing either. Thats for Borderlands...Division 2 and Outer Worlds comparison still stands.
You can add non steam…
It has offline mode.
I could care less if each game has its own launcher. I use 2 factor authentication through a “network detached” app, so Im good with security, and clicking one icon instead of another wont affect me in the least.
Neither did Origin (do they have one yet?) for years. YEARS.
You can buy it on Windows Store on launch date. You can buy Outer Worlds on Windows Store too. Division 2 is on Uplay and EGS. You have a choice.
“Work”...the game launches...it works. The rest has nothing to do with the game itself.
I sure would. I dont care which launcher i use to play a game I like.
This. Those things are just extras and dont affect the game itself, which is the thing im paying for. I dont care which store its on...ill play the game because I like the game.
Nearly ALL of the features Steam has I dont use. Friends list occasionally, dont read reviews there (review bombing has turned me away from that), dont do discussions of forums, dont care about achievements, dont care about game sharing, etc. Cloud saves (being worked on) and Offline mode are the main two I care…
Any game using VAC or Steamworks was Steam exclusive. Dont say they didnt exist.
