I'd like to go on record here: I fully support domestic violets. If you don't like it, you can take your other 63 crayons and just get the hell out.

I do think has been delayed due to the vote but not by much because it is annoying how late we get American shows over here. It really is amazing that history might be changing in about 3 days.

Good points. If the setting were Ireland rather than Scotland would the UK still not air it? I mean, the Irish (shout out to my peeps in Castlebar & Galway!) have enjoyed independence since 1922.

I honestly doubt it. The most natural fit for a UK broadcaster is Sky, which is controlled by Rupert Murdoch, and the rumours are that he is pro-independence. http://www.channel4.com/news/rupert-mu…

Ron Moore does a podcast for each episode that you can play while you rematch the episode. It is really interesting to hear some of the reasons why they do what they do. His wife (the costume designer) also does it with him, so that is also fun. The podcast for this episode isn't out yet, but I think in the video

It's an interesting time for this to be on television, even if it's here in the States.

You're not alone. I probably rewound it at least 12 times and found myself cackling in delight. High expectations for next week!

At least not until AFTER the election...I doubt they will be able to avoid it after that, though... Good TV has no boundaries anymore...

Such a triumphant feeling! Hooray for hooking the dubious menfolk!

That was a POWER MOVE, for sure. "fuck this claret"

I mean, as a very chatty drunk, I get it! (VERY chatty.) But generally I keep out of the claret when it's practically a life-or-death situation.

He's got my loins pretty confused.

I will have to say, TV Dougal is doing a lot for me. He was amusing in the book, but I am really liking on how they're portraying him on the TV.

ERM, who is a Dougal fan exactly?

Thank God you put this up. That very last scene in the preview where he just stares at her and then laughs....no words. I watched it an embarrassing number of times.

I'm sorry...I couldn't hear above the sound of next week's preview. Or, at least, 2.5 of the juiciest seconds of it...

Should you keep them on a leash? It takes less than 2 seconds to go from standing to falling over a couch. For all you know, they immediately corrected the child and made him wait patiently.

Also, is it wrong I've been waiting for this recap all day?
