I know that Paleo and Atkins are very unhealthy ways to lose weight...especially Paleo, because cooking food is absolutely necessary to get the proper nutrients out of it.

None of those are a great idea, especially Paleo and Atkins. Eat less of everything and exercise more, it’s the only real good way to lose weight.
