Subaru H6 is the king of difficult spark plug replacement.

My first thought after reading the title “you’ve clearly never changed plugs on any boxer engine”

There’s another post about maintenance that we’re putting off, and I’m tempted to mention the removal of my battery, air box, and ecu mount so I can pull the caps and scrape up my hands fitting some plug sockets in there.

no idea. Looked for guillotine gif and this was on the results.  At first I thought the exploding paint can would simulate the arc flash problem if you cut the cord.  But then the other details became clear and it had to be shared.
