I applied an uncommon shader to the tangled shore pants and... it doesn’t look *as* bad now, but still looks like surfer baggies with really odd shoes.

in my case, it was higher than the level the previous version of armor i had and closer to my current level. It worked for another legendary submachine gun as well that was awesome but woefully under leveled.
