I do it when I’m trying out different makeup looks, just so when I like one I have a picture of me and I can write down everything I did, so I can do it again.

I think its in case he’s found not guilty in court, Jez are protecting their asses by wording it like this instead of ‘that guy there definitely set this tourist on fire.’ By wording it like this, if it goes to court and he’s found not guilty, he could sue Jez for saying he did set her on fire.
