The standards for most jobs are apparently higher than for president of the United States.

Uh, no. No she doesn’t. What has Obama done to women? None of the men I know assault women and brag about it. Come on now.

But I don’t think either Obama or Hillary has done anything horrible to women.

What has Obama done that is terrible to women? What did I miss?

I never heard of a single incident where Hillary had done “something terrible” like sexually assaulted another woman. As far as I’m concerned, not at all a valid point.

I’ve never understood why more people aren’t enraged about that. Bush wasn’t even the one admitting to assault, he was just egging him on. And he’s just a dopey tv personality and gets fired for it. The one who was the actual assaulter becomes POTUS. WTF????

I do have to say that it does bother me that the standards for being on air network talent are apparently higher than being President of the United States. But that a problem with voters not network tv.

That is my plan, people telling me to settle down, I’ll settle down when my freedom is boring, but man, is it fun,

I intentionally waited until my mid-30s to get married and have a kid. I spent my 20s being poor, doing awesome internships, dating, living abroad, and taking jobs that were incompatible with having a family. Plus I got to see a lot of relationships implode so I could see the red flags long before I got emotionally

I have pretty low expectations of Trump’s intellect but reading his Q&A with The Economist left me deeply appalled. Like, dementia speculation aside, this is just one of the most profoundly idiotic interviews I’ve ever read. You can clearly see his “faking it” laid bare here.

So, basically Trump is like the person in high school who goes and tells the gossip of a friend to the “cool kids”he’s trying to impress. So, now his friend hates him and the cool kids he’s trying to impress still talk shit about him behind his back. But, he thinks he’s like totally IN with the cool kids. I mean they

No, but Donald and Pence told us that he, like, totally loves Israel. He sent his son-in-law and his personal lawyer over there to fix everything. Surely he couldn’t have done something which put the country at risk, just to impress a visiting autocrat. Right?

They’re out there chuckling and high-fiving each other while making a half-assed attempt at 2020. Just go around saying “Clinton 2020" if you want to see an epic toddler meltdown among those cheesefucks.

Attention Bernie Bros and dudes who bashed Clinton: You’re enormous assholes.

Yeah I just started watching the show and one of the scenes that really hit home was when all the women were fired and forced out of the office. And all their male co-workers just sat there looking awkward, but did nothing about it. Because in the end all the men benefited, even the ones who didn’t choose it or who

they call it an identity issue even though it is very much an economic one

This wasn’t all that farfetched when the book first came out and less so now. It’s so tragic for the poor menz that it hurts them to watch it. Maybe just one will understand why their partner is a simmering cauldron of barely suppressed rage - At. Some. POINT.

“Just ask any liberal dude who thinks women’s reproductive rights should always be political bargaining chips (“because Roe vs. Wade will never be overturned so it looks like we’re making a concession!”) but never something like the mortgage tax credit or student loan interest rates.”

I totally agree with all of this. Men who feel they have been pushed aside because of class status, and even those who do not, don’t want to admit that they have any kind of advantage and then they wonder why we’re so upset that abortion is the first thing to get thrown under the bus. Then they call it an identity

This was a surprisingly good SNL episode in general, and this sketch was like, the highlight of the night.
