Not sure exactly why I would want my grill hotter. Good BBQ is a low and slow affair with lots of smoke and time. Grilling is for pieces of meat where I want a burned outside and raw inside or where the meat is very thin. I can char the crap out of my meat with a regular BBQ without a problem.

My mom sends me more "appalling" emails than those posted. They are usually forwarded from my dad, aunt, or grandmother. I'm just not impressed by this collection.
