I would also say if they are married. I chose to pay for law school, buy my wife a new car, and buy us a house before replacing my ‘06 Solara SE (Desert Sand Mica, of course) I bought going to grad school in Kansas City since I knew no one would mess with it since it was so unattractive. Playing the long game pays off!

Thank you for posting this, I remember these strips very well from when I was a kid. Calvin and Hobbes always had a special place in my family, despite all the differences we’ve had we can all still discuss old strips as common ground. I appreciate your writing this.

I must be an old now, because I could only watch about ten seconds of these videos before clicking away. I’ll be headed to get some Werther’s Originals.

I used to do it for a living. True story.

This comment makes me realize I don’t know shit about cars.

Tom Clancy (and now to an extent the Mark Greaney/Grant Blackwood) literary world =/= the Ubisoft Tom Clancy world. They are very, very different.

Showed this to a friend at my firm, his reaction:

One of us! One of us! One of us!

Stoked for you, this effort is totally worth it. Congrats!

My experience has been very different. Last night I logged in to find two players camping one of the entrances to the Dark Zone taking potshots at the players entering. This resulted in a band of about 5 non hostile agents banding together, joining a group, and systematically flushing them from their (admittedly

There it is!

HolycowImgoingsofastAH, FUCK

That is totally fair, it was stand alone!

Blood Dragon would disagree!!

I felt that way in Anor Londo with those archers. Put it down for a couple months.

Alright, you convinced me. Buying it now.

My wife is consistently puzzled that I use things like Starcraft and Dark Souls as stress relief. Sample conversation:

Her: Whatcha Doin’?
Me: Trying to kill Aava.
Her: Is Aava that giant angry tiger that just killed you?
Me: Yes, it is insanely hard. This game is bullshit.
Her: Weren’t you in court trying that

A little off topic here, but starting law school has made me take a look at whether or not I should pirate still. Going through what is involved in character and fitness requirements for school/the bar exam made me do a gut check of all the little everyday things we do that are illegal (speeding, torrenting, etc).

Avionics by JBL.

I went to this school :/

My wife drives one, and as one of the people least interested in cars I have ever met, she freakin’ loves it. It’s not bad, and for her it is absolutely perfect. Working in a hospital where parking is premium, she can park the damn thing anywhere, it is awesome. It’s a pretty decent daily driver!
