You CAN expand the storage for PS4 games though (including ones that have been specifically enhanced with PS5 features like God of War, Tsushima, Days Gone, etc), and that’s a big part of what a lot of people are playing on their PS5 currently.

Bingo. Same situation with me. When I got my PS5, first game I played and beat, was Ghost Of Tsushima at it’s very best. Then Spiderman Miles Morales and Spiderman Remastered (fastest game loading I’ve ever seen, even compared to my gaming PC), and AC Valhalla which also loaded quickly for an AC game.
Right now I look at my PS5 in the same way that a PC gamer looks at a fancy new graphics card they just upgraded to. It basically lets me play what I was already playing at way better settings. Literally everything I play runs at 60fps, which is the exact paradigm I’ve longed for on a console for so long. I’m super…
This is what always gets me on PC. Gamer chairs stink, I’ll be on the couch. Yeah, it can be done, but like everything else on PC it’s a dang hassle. Give me the hobby without the hassle.
For me the game feels entirely made for creators, and since I’m not particularly creative that turns me off a lot. It somehow feels like I’d be missing out by buying it to “only” play others’ creations. I suspect there’s a lot of people who feel this way even if it’s not really true at all.
Yeah, you probably should have led with that. “I have a PS4 to play Sony games on, but I got a Series S to play all the Xbox games I’ve missed out on over the years. I’ll wait on the PS5 until more exclusives come out for it.” is a much more reasonable argument to make.
Thank you for understanding my meaning.
It’s important to remember that while Series X is BC with all previous Xboxes, it isn’t BC with all previous Xbox games ... just a few hundred games from the 360, and a couple of dozen OG Xbox. Quantitatively speaking, that makes it JUST barely better than PS5. The comparison evens out more since PSN has about 50…
Yeah, you could buy all those consoles to play ALL of those games. But when will you see the light of day again?
The PS3 was a completely different architecture and that’s why PS4 wasn’t BC. PS4 returned to a much more standard x86 architecture and that’s why basically any PS4 game works just fine on PS5. Ultimately it was just a really stupid move on Sony’s part to do the whole cell architecture thing on PS3 :/ At least the…
He doesn’t act racist to make fun of racists. He acts racists, to make racists completely expose themselves to the world for who they really are.
It’s literally mentioned in the article.
Uh, no, the fist is popularly associated with the BLM movement lately.
Should have left it, but added an audio clip of “Black Lives Matter” every time it’s used.
“I would guess there’s a significant portion of the population that doesn’t even know this is a thing that’s going on.”
Ding ding ding! Through force of stupid, dumb will, racist turned an innocuous symbol into one representing white supremacy.
If you’re about to say “But it just means OK you snowflakes!” that was exactly the point. The whole point of gestures like this is so that racist assholes can wink at each other then pretend they were just saying OK when they get called out.
I’d be fine with a cat replacing the president now.
Initial quality looks for problems you identify very early in ownership (90 days). Dodge owners are not arriving at the dealer with a checklist of things to review. If you buy a Tesla, it’s very likely that you’ll have one of the plethora of checklists to review every tiny detail of the vehicle inside and out before…
