I've never voted before and there are a few issues that I feel are more important to me now than say 4 years ago. Also, I'm 23 and my wife and I are starting to consider buying a house, having kids etc, so voting for someone who could help make those things a reality is important to me.

Nope. You can do a "sort:date" (no quotes) at the end of your search to sort by the my recent results first, but nothing like searching for a specific time frame.
