You don't have to be a Destiny player to have legitimate complaints about The Division. It's been a mess from the start and you'd have to be blind not to see that.

The Division is 100% about your gear and 0% about skill though. So your original thought was correct. It's not a skill based game and never will be.

What they do on Street Outlaws isn’t illegal street racing, at least not during race night. Cops actually close off roads for them when they’re shooting the show. But when they’re doing test hits in pure darkness, that’s definitely illegal, but they always go to a secluded place with little to no trafficking for that.…
