Until you’re as good a driver as Senna, stop thinking it’s the manual transmission that’s slowing you down.

unless you can shift in milliseconds stop bitching about the DCT, it will always be faster than you
These were never built to drive on American roads. Go to a seaside town in Italy and these suddenly make a lot more sense.
Most would agree they aren’t motorcycles. That’s why they are called scooters.
New Vespas range from 4 to almost 8k without a sidecar. If scooters are your thing, this is a NP all the way.
I guess you don’t skip leg day if you’re managing 60 mph on a bicycle.
I am torn on this one. Scooter prices are out of control at the moment but I see the appeal of this one. If you don’t have a another person to haul around, then you have room to put a few purchases.
Chevrolets are more reliable than Hondas and Toyotas???
We really do need more van options though.
Many people cannot afford to miss work for a officer to be mistaken.
A lot of policing is done by “gut feel.” Cops rely on their instincts, just like people in every other profession. (Does it always go well? Ho boy, not trying to open that can of worms in a comment thread about cars!)
Yeah. If you’re revving your engine to max rpm in the damn city to hit those sounds, you deserve the damn ticket.
A little hole in the muffler isn’t going to be 95 dB
If you drive something that is reaching 94db on public roads, I have no mercy for you and your days off work. Limits have to be set and cannot be some kind of grey area.
95 db is more than twice as loud as 80db, it’s a logarithmic scale.
So...
80 db is the level of a dishwasher. 95 db is a subway train. The difference is about 6x, the scale is not linear.
Let’s all be honest here. This is going to be for people “gunning it” at red lights, revving in areas it’s unnecessary, and for legitimate nuisance level straight pipes. Well, that and profiling.
I wish this extended to Motorcycles too. Nothing’s better than going down the Turnpike and having your eardrums blown off by a straight piped GSX-er hitting max RPM.
Loud cars are irritating anyways.
