As opposed to the previous trend of “everything must be brown”? Or the all famous “MUST HAVE WALLPAPERS EVERYWHERE”.

I absolutely HATE the current trend in interior design. Its all white, sterile and cold looking. We have been casually looking at small homes for my wife’s mother and whenever we see a house that has been re-done and given this look we immediately walk out.

Just when you thought Musky couldn't get more pathetic.

I don’t have any shares either. What I do have is popcorn in the microwave.

I don’t own any shares in the company personally, nor by proxy as far as I know, and I certainly don’t own an electric vehicle, let alone a Tesla, but all of these moves seem like a desperation ploy by Elon to cash out *right fucking now*. Like, everything is about to fall off a cliff in the most financially

I say NP; if you want one factory perfect, go find it; I’m sure several owners kept them as they started life. But if you want to actually drive and enjoy one, this is kicked up a notch, and the mileage says you don’t have to baby it or worry about that. Worse case, parts to switch it back to stock are available, and

Shit I didn’t even know $4k cars even existed anymore, let alone a giant Porsche SUV with a v8. This is (sadly) the new level of fuck-it money for a car. Easy NP.

This is a tougher call than a $4,000 DD should be. Maintenance isn’t so much of an issue, because it’s kind of disposable at this point in its life. But it guzzles premium. If you’re fishing in that end of the pond, do you want that expense? Still, if it’s not rusting out underneath, narrow NP.

I find it bonkers that the Cayenne has become the new Porsche 924, and while this one does suffer from that kind of catfish early aughts style, the interior is nice and you don’t have to look at it while you’re driving. Could be tigers lurking in there but for 40 benjies I’d chance it.

There is the nice price, the decent price, and then there’s the I’m-really-proud-of-this-car price. And Kelly Blue Book good price range is way below what this seller is asking:

Nice car. Stupid price. No Dice.

This looks like a cool, rare, well-cared for car with a DELUSIONAL price.

It also pains me greatly to say that I really like these.

I like Lutz as a car guy, but he had terrible business sense. I personally liked all of the cars he pushed for, but they were all sales flops, and predictably so.

every time it was made more mainstream, we didn’t sell any. And when it was goofy, which the automotive press loved, there were only 100,000 people in the whole freakin’ world that wanted one.”

Mostly due to nostalgia, I was crushed when they killed Oldsmobile. But I was never quite able to understand  how GMC has kept trucking along all these years (pun intended). Yeah yeah yeah, “professional grade”, but it’s a friggin’ Chevy. How are they not able to translate those profit margins into just one line of

Absolutely baffling that GM wanted Pontic dead, but wanted to keep Saab. Pontiac actually had an identity until the day it died, unlike Saab which hit its low point as a rebranded Subaru.

Excellent analysis. Pity most folks won’t read it.

You really, really need to write for Jalopnik. This would be the post of the year.

In this video, Sandy Munro, an openly huge supporter, passive friend, and investor in Musk’s ventures (we’ll get into that later), tries to make the argument that firing a 500+ person team due to a management disagreement on the crown jewel of Tesla that is its charging services division, makes sense and that not only
