Disagree. Subwoofer says “this is a feature I want in my car”. Bad suspension mods(i.e., extreme stance) or haphazard intake/exhaust work would indicate misplaced mechanical priorities...
Really? It’s an ‘85. How many mile would you like it to have? At certain point, why not just be glad it presents & runs well?
wa-wa-wait, you’re gonna pass on a quintessential drivers car-at a great price, because you have to spend an afternoon pulling a subwoofer?
A classic driver’s car with minor superficial projects. This is the siren song for all true Jalopniks! NP2
Hey Rob, are you slowly migrating the daily article drop times to reach closer to noon (EST)? If so, I’m on board, but could you just notify us of the end goal of your transition and then just make the leap. I’d appreciate knowing when NPOND is gonna drop.
You absolutely cannot even pretend to be a life-hacking-do-everthing-better-advice-giving website and publish absolute garbage like this. This is one of the laziest, ignorant, misleading, phoned in articles I’ve ever seen published. A ten year old on TikTok could fake better advice. This article is so bad it should…
This episode was probably important for character development, but it was kinda a snoozefest. The most interesting part for me was when they got bit.
The idea that AM radio is going to be effective as during an emergency seems to be an assumption. While it does seem to be the most widely accessible, will enough people be aware of it? I can’t believe how much the comment section here contrasts with the response to Friday’s Saab.
Breaking my heart with that price. ND
I often feel like I’m down 2-cylinders. Wish I’d got the automatic. The rear suspension is shot.
Wagons, I’m partial to old Volvo’s. But there’s also the Ford Flex.
Flashing oncoming traffic signals a warning.
Why do you want AWD?
Subtract the 2 from the 7 and maybe we’ll talk
Yeah, we must be on different highways. I run a route from VA to NY that just as I described. The speed varies from 60-90mph and never drops below 50 unless there’s an accident.
Ah, I see. It appears you’re mistaken in your understanding of the systems then. It’s called cruise control-it’s meant for cruising. It’s not a level 5 autonomous driving system. Ideally you’d set a speed and forget about it, but as you know, you can’t do that while cruising. At some point, the speed of surrounding…
With little exception, children behave the way their parents let them behave.
Cruise control is meant for highway driving. It’s not designed for stop and start driving.
