The movie was ... meh. Not terrible, mind you: parts of it were funny.

I’ve never seen a “Barry Gibb Talk Show” skit and are they always so bad? Fallon couldn’t even reach a falsetto.

In all fairness, “The Lonelier Island” dig got a a huge giggle from me.

one of Hollywood’s most low-key chaotic and unintentionally hilarious figures: Dakota Johnson.”

The cast is very good, but they have terrible material to work with.

So it turns out Lonely Island was doing all the heavy lifting on making Timberlake funny.

Yeah these “Please Don’t Destroy” skits routinely get singled out as the best, yet I find them and the trio just aggressively mediocre.  I can’t imagine how bad the rest of the show is.

In the classic “sketch went on way too long” tradition of SNL, the Big Dumb Cups sketch eventually became a literal ad for the fucking thing.

I’m starting to think, and hear me out on this, that a 79-year-old producer might not be the best arbiter of what’s funny.

This is distracting from the real issue, which is that according to a credible rumour I’ve heard, Moriarty is the descendant of Sherlock Holmes’ adversary and is continuing the work of his criminal empire.

HBO and Biković’s reps did not immediately respond to The A.V. Club’s requests for comment on this story.”

We underline that the claims by the Ukrainian side are unfounded as Milos Bikovic is, above all, one of the most popular and the most talented Serbian actors of his generation who, despite his young age, has already left a mark in Serbian as well as international cinema.”

Agreed. Euphoria is a little too under the radar to justify the “superstardom” label for any of its cast.  To me, she’s just that gal from White Lotus, S1.

The Idol is trash, but I can’t see what’s wrong with a character on a TV show expressing hostility to intimacy coordinators.  TV characters are not designed only to spout our own views back us.

I love this guy, this was a great read. But I’m bummed that you guys didn’t ask him to discuss his role as Jared on Silicon Valley (my favorite Zach Woods role by far).

Love to hear that in his new show, he did the voice acting with the other actors all together. You can sort of really tell in the cadence of an animated show when the actors are in the same room as each other, or if they’re talking to themselves to get edited together later. A show that does an amazing job at this is

Did you skim the article? It was absolutely mentioned.

A good example of that was the show when he had Pervez Musharraf, the president of Pakistan, as a guest after 9/11. Musharraf was remarkably frank about the not-so-veiled threat of “you’re with us or against us” from Bush.

When I cut the cord, a streaming service requirement for me was having CC. I ended up with YoutubeTV, which has unlimited DVR, so I recorded every episode of TDS, but ended up actually watching it less and less, until now I can’t remember last time I watched it.

The show (which is the blueprint for modern late night television) was built by Stewart. Trevor Noah did a good job but it just wasn’t the same.
