I’ll say it again here on Jezebel, fuck Nike and everything they do and stand for.

My cat’s name is shithead.  It’s not a reference to anything, just thought we were sharing.

Unrelated, but I named one of my cats Commander Shepurrd. My other cat is named Peter Purrker.

Holy shit, man, it is beyond time to let it go.

9 years later and people still bitching about the same old shit lol

Either way, the ACLU taking up the military draft as an issue concerning gender discrimination seems to me to be a pitfall of liberal definitions of gender equality, which rely on the idea that women must seek to do everything that men do.

I disagree. If anyone is subject to the draft, then everyone should be. And also I think that the families of Congress and the president's cabinet members should automatically be drafted first. Maybe if it's *their* children killing and dying they will be less inclined to start shit.

The ACLU has the right idea here. This isn’t really about the draft, it’s about ending one of the last allowed formal discriminations on the basis of sex in the U.S. They are playing the long game and they are right. The draft hasn’t been used since Vietnam, it’s a dead issue that no one who isn’t an MRA cares about.

I don’t know what “overage” means, but I get the feeling Matt Gaetz doesn’t like it.

“I could absolutely get behind a stern-jawed science fiction Action Daddy. Different thing entirely.”

I think the real problem is the lack of Action Dad Bods. You don’t gotta be all muscular to fight aliens with guns. You can get by with a little bit of a belly. This isn’t me projecting. You’re projecting. Shut up.

She’s just living her authentic life. She’s an entitled racist asshole and dammit she wants the world to embrace her for it!

Remember kids, video game developers are not about your fun...they are about your wallet.

And even then, they frequently deride others for promoting altruism.

Did they give this a 7?

You learned nothing from the pandemic, apparently.... Even in the most obvious times, humans never fail to be extremely shitty to each other

Yep, just put it back up.  Tomorrow would be good.

From skimming, it seems like a great way to start a conversation that men haven’t been ready to have. I think Tracy expected to see those answers, but wasn’t ready to read that there really aren’t any. It is going to take monumental shifts, in many cultures, to make any headway in this area. What will work for one

Right, I feel the same way.  And saying “Men’s tender feelings” seems dismissive of men’s feelings, which is exactly why books like this are needed.
