The point is that she wasn’t saying she was 26, and that their own research had shown that multiple news reports had correctly identified her age as 33, and therefore she wasn’t lying about anything.

She actually was 33 in 2012. I think the defamation was that they accused her of lying saying she was younger when in fact Wilson never did that.
