For Yale, as a private university, it’s not necessarily of whether they owe you “good” or “decent” procedure, it’s whether or not they followed the procedures that they adopted.

I feel bad for this guy. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? If this young lady felt seriously violated, she should have gone to the police, not wait a year to report to a Title IX officer.

I’m sure on a college campus it means a lack of affirmative consent - ie, she never said no, but she never said yes, or maybe they were both drinking - and as well all know, college women have no responsibility for their persons once booze passes through her lips... Yale is gonna be toasted...
