Can’t tell if you are being sarcastic, or if you’re just a terrible boyfriend.

I generally find only terrible people use the term “virtue signal.” It itself is like an anti-virtue signal. A good way to know someone offers no value
Most luxury cars I see in NYC have NJ plates. They never have a front plate. Drives me insane, as NJ requires the front plate, too. Great, you think your car costing 4x what the average family of 4 earns in a year means that you can ignore the law...
Useful post! That thing was parked outside the old Trump Soho for a few days last month. I see Embassy cars outside that place all the time (less frequently since it dropped the T name), and now can figure out where they’re from.
I disagree. I live on the parade route, and love the cops. Why? It normalizes that they’re friends to with the gay community. Not to the gay community, mind you, but to the cops. A 5 year old that grows up to be a 20something cop will be a better one to the gay community if he sees cops as being part of it.
I’m sure I’ll see it, too. I saw JW1 3 times. I thought it was a good idea poorly done due to huge tone issues the first time, and loathed it the third. If I’m around on a Sunday next February with nothing going on and it’s on HBO, I’ll probably see it a 4th time, too...
Bravo.
Looks like a cross between The Emoji Movie and the opening sequence to Silicon Valley.
O’Reilly once put up a slide saying that there was no such thing as white privilege, it was easily explained as white people simply being born to wealthier families and having more people that look like them in charge. In other words, he said there was no such thing as white privilege, then explained it away with the…
I’m really struggling with that Ocean’s 8 thumbnail. How are those not both Sandra Bullock? Same nose, same jawline, same ears, even!
Sure, that’s what he is, but not what he looks like. Keep in mind, to learn what he is, you need to buy a ticket and be in theaters, which not enough people did.
So many people throwing out so many opinions for it, with the “anti-SJW” people dancing on this movie’s grave due to their anger over Star Wars having female characters, apparently.
Spot on. Sears and TRU have nothing to do with Walgreens pursuing something it knew may be DOA as a calculated risk.
If you’re going to keep whining about Jezebel’s coverage of this, maybe you should reread the most recent article where they say Bateman’s apology is a very good one.
Me: the first two weren’t that good, I don’t want more.
Man, I also read it as canapés
I’ve only seen two episodes of this, and started watching it the same week as The Joel McHale Show with Joel McHale. The differences are startling. Not in subject matter, that’s expected, but in production values. Wyatt Cenac is on an actual set, talking to the camera. It’s well lit, it’s interesting. He cuts to clips…
So many people criticize Oblivion for that, but I’m with you. I want my choices to only matter superficially, at least in long games. If a game is 30+ hours, I’m only playing once. Oblivion let me see and do everything in that once. Other games can give me option paralysis as I try to maximize the cool stuff I see…
I’m going to agree. Those are pretty key traits to him. Probably the two most important, I’d say.
Standard conversation for me back then:
