California makes every vehicle sold in the US more expensive. The regulations they are trying to force on the overall transportation industry do not make any real difference outside of the aforementioned cost increase.

DEI is good for business and most big companies know this. Most will scrub anything that looks like DEI from public materials and will be more careful with internal communications, but most DEI work will continue.

The first lesson any cult initiate learns is that questioning the leader is the only actual unforgivable sin.

I bet Putin is sitting in his volcano lair just laughing his ass off at us.

1St Gear: official wipe from documentation to PR reports doesn’t mean it’s gone. Many companies are just moving forward internally, with no changes to policy.  They know what’s right.

Operating an EV even now is a steep learning curve if you dont have a place to charge at home.  It takes a bit to get in the hang of finding and using chargers if you dont have one readily available to you.  Its not surprising people that people wont want to tackle that curve while on vacation.

1st Gear: Tesla really shafted Hertz with their price cuts. It doesn’t help when Tesla’s service centers are few and far between and their wait times are not conducive to the kind of quick turnaround rental companies need.

Ugh, it's an obvious joke, but I did Na Zi it coming.

My Miata only gets ~180 miles to a tank.

About the president using his power as the owner of beauty pageants to walk into rooms of naked teenagers? Or Drake grooming young girls? Both are widely reported.

Dude. Haven’t you ever hit the Hertz counter?

Is there anyone actually in Congress? Like with the Power of the Purse? You know, that thing spelled out in the Constitution? Or are the five thousand “We The People” ugly ass rear window truck stickers I se every morning on my commute only referencing a narrow, and completely incorrect reading of the second

How about a Jeep Renegade? Making it BOF could turn it into the American version of the Jimny. Small, fairly light, nimble off road, and most importantly, cheap! Everything a Wrangler used to be.

GM has the Suburban & Yukon, might as well do a 2 door short version”

I drive really slow in the ultra fast lane

Best generation. Mostly mechanical with some electronic flourishes. None of that ‘Oh, you got a corolla dent? $10K please!’ shit...

If they are based on the same platform and look nearly identical, I think adding the E-Tron is still a good idea. It’s not unlike adding S, RS, AMG, M, Limited, Platinum, or a myriad of other naming conventions to higher powered or higher end variants.
