I think Yamaha made that engine for Ford. Looks like they stole some blueprints from Alfa and made it themselves.

The engine sound is one of the best features in the Evora. If that’s a Toyota, then who cares! That engine rips. No oil leaks, minimal service and never a thought in your mind whether you’ll have an engine issue. The Lotus made pieces are more of a concern...
Drive an Evora or 400 before making such assumptions. The steering feel in the current Boxster/Cayman is not in the same league as an Evora. Porsche has a longer warranty, more dealers, and better lease rates.
I’ve driven the 400 around town and it’s just like a regular car. 400 is very easy to live with on normal roads. AP Racing make awesome brakes.
The other manufacturers are pretty far from having something that drives like a Lotus
More useful than 991 as it is flat, not buckets.
