Am I missing something? From what I can tell the cop was driving recklessly and didn’t allow enough time to stop. I don’t see why the SUV would be at fault. Where did he pull out from that the officer wouldn’t be able to see? Also there is not a chance that the officer in this crash remembers exactly what happened…
