He’s only had a few sporadic appearances since 1988. Mostly as DLC and in fighting games.

To give a general idea, according to the Castlevania wiki, Trevor fought Dracula in the late 15th century, Simon the late 17th century and Richter the late 18th century.

Also - slightly higher risk of getting a bad batch. The sickest I’ve ever been in my life was after eating from a freshly-opened jar of natural peanut butter. If I want “natural”, it’s so easy I’ll just make it myself.

It bums me to no end that Simon has been all but forgotten. Simon’s Quest is one of my all-time favourite games.

I would fall into that age group but I am not interested in the TOS era at this point (in spite of the excellent SNW).

I believe Trevor was Simon’s ancestor, and Richter his descendant. I believe there has been some adjustments about how many generations existed between each as time has gone on, though.

Canonically, Simon sits about equal distance between them.  We’ll probably never get Simon in this series, as I imagine the fact that his outings were 100 percent solo ventures makes it more difficult to craft compelling narratives.

The more I think about it the less concerned I am.

“It’s possible that Disney could delay several upcoming releases, including MCU movies, future Disney+ TV series and multiple live-action remakes of classic Disney animated films.”

Hard to argue...some things that are mass-produced really are just damn good - peanut butter being one of them. Skippy or Jiff are just solid, reliable, and like Heinz ketchup, Guiness Stout, or Crunch Berries are just how one imagines it to taste.

I have very much the same fear.  It feels like they have lost interest in the core premise and storyline.

I think we all knew they were evil, but I was shocked when it leaked that their plan was to wait until people started losing their homes before going back to the table with the WGA. The casual disregard for humanity is astonishing.

They really are truly evil. The studios regularly get paid tens of millions for streaming rights for certain TV shows and movies and yet they can’t provide ANY revenue sharing to the team that actually made the show/movie? C’mon.  Nearly all of that is pure profit for the studio.  Streaming has clearly become the

Wtf is this sentence. This isn’t even a typo, did you even spend 2 minutes to read your post or did a crappy ChatGPT competitor spit this out:

Sorry, said city auditor. It’s LA City Controller Kenneth Mejia — who, by definition, is our auditor but that’s not his title.

There’s an update to the story. The city auditor is looking into the tree trimming because it was not sanctioned (the trees are under city control.) The trimming was more severe than it has ever been and the wrong time of year. There is no required permit on file to do it privately and the city itself did not do it.

Partly that’s because “the studios” are an anonymous corporate collective. You hate the studios, what are you going to do?

The ones being household names are actually part of the problem with getting public support. They are the 1% of 1% of actors, but a lot of people believe they’re indictive of all actors in the union. Even on this site you’ll see people talking about how they aren’t going to support “millionaire celebrities” and are

Counterpoint: we’ve polarized and lost empathy to the point that large portions of America reflexively side with corporate interests. Not because they trust them or have better experiences but because they have the shortsighted attitude of, “Tough shit, my work treats me like garbage too. Stop whining and get a real
