Yeah, I was about to post this. The “no romances” rule strikes me as the dorm room equivalent of “no alcohol on the premises”. Some assholes threw a kegger where 3 students went to the hospital with alcohol poisoning, so now no one can have a beer on campus.

But if you’ve been watching the MCU long enough, you know that nothing’s ever truly forgotten.

This is rad, and Mahershala Ali is great. I’m excited.

Yeah, he is an X-Men villain, but he fits easily into the MCU even without fully integrating the X-Men side of the universe (after all, he doesn’t really have any direct ties to mutant-dom; he’s an alien TV exec). And the Maximoffs themselves are part of the mutant side of things (Pietro more than Wanda, but they

I keep thinking it’s going to be Mojo.  Who better to warp reality to, quite literally, create a TV show than him?

I have to disagree with you, I would find that interesting.  But then, I’ve been dealing with my own grief for the last six years, so I may be bringing something different to the story as a viewer.

It seemed to me like Rambeau consciously adopted the Geraldine personality as a cover. When Wanda mentioned her brother & seemed like she was remembering the outside world, I think Rambeau got over-eager, slipped up & mentioned Ultron. IMO.

I thought when she pushed Monica through the walls there was this weird moment where she looked totally malicious for a second then was surprised there was a hole in the wall and magic on her hands. So either she has a split persona or overwritten her own memories with the fake reality.

Honestly, i think the scene by the lake in Endgame seemed to hint Wanda had got a sense of closure about Vision, so i’d say what’s happened is she is being manipulated, otherwise this closure is being retconned fort dramatic purposes which is just plain lazy.

I saw somewhere that there are hints hidden everywhere, and that means the commercials.  The commercials have repeatedly mentioned Hydra, so I think what her into this fictionalized Westfield is related to them.  Possibly voluntarily to try and forget what she had to do to Vision because she couldn’t bear to remember

Very much this. The game library is so minimal. I’m not keen on paying for the service on top of full price games.. I hate the way Stadia turned out. I was in project Stream and also a founding member of OnLive if anyone remembers that.

Someone edited the transmission that Darcy was watching when Wanda confronted “Geraldine”, when it suddenly cut to the credits. That might be Wanda but it seems odd that she’d even be transmitting this whole thing as a show. Certainly Darcy seemed to think that someone else was interfering.

I think that’s only part of the answer. There seems to be another force at work within the universe of Wanda’s making, a goal that is beyond Wanda’s schism. The creation of the children for instance. That seemed to be a third parties interest. Remember that Agnes brought up kids first, and the whole town kept

Great point. Sorry, I didn’t mean to dismiss the issues with internet infrastructure in the US because you’re definitely right that it’s a huge problem both here and in other contexts.

My belief is that Wanda (or whatever it is) has just adjusted everything to create this new reality. Look at the drones, a toy helicopter isn’t that different from a drone. It’s been adjusted to fit the setting but the reality (truth might be better term when dealing with reality stones) is still there.

Monica might

I think Kathryn Hahn’s character is going to be the complicating factor.

We don’t know yet for sure. It certainly seems like she was brainwashed and had her original memory slowly returning to her, but that can’t yet be confirmed.

There hasn’t been anything 100% conclusive either way. I think she only had the vaguest sense of awareness about herself and that she was supposed to be on a mission. The whole “he was killed by Ultron” thing seemed to be delivered like a realization to herself. That either shook her memories awake or gave her just

You’re right, we don’t agree on much, but I am glad that we can both be civil about it!

David has been conspicuously off the board since the Krakoa books started. He showed up very early on a list of Omega level mutants. He is one of the few Mutants with an unknown political allegiance.
