Legion was a student at Wolverine’s school not that long ago, along with Quentin Quire. They kind of reformed all of the child/teen/20-something X-villains by giving them a good education a while back.

I cant wait for them to announce Kat Dennings as Death

What counts as relatively recent like when it comes to that Vader dancing thing? I feel like there was a fairly famous Return of the Jedi promo shoot where Carrie Fisher in the “huttslayer” costume frolicked on the beach with Vader and a bunch of other RotJ imagery.

Coming through with the thorough and thoughtful response as always Collex.

No. That is soooo not the point point of Secret Empire or Hydra!Cap in general. You never actually READ the story, did you?

If you read the Captain America and Nick Fury comics from the ‘60s and ‘70s, it’s pretty clear that Hydra is synonymous with the Nazis, even if they started out as a Marvel version of SPECTRE. Lee and Kirby were Jews who’d served in WWII — Kirby in active combat — and they had no illusions about what the Red Skull or

Memory-wiped Threepio was an exploitive abomination played for a laugh at his expense, rather than to create any drama or self reflection by his organic friends masters. Bad opinion is bad.

I hope that Hydra isn’t involved. Agents of SHIELD weaved such a thorough story about Hydra (and the Strucker family) that bringing the organization back would almost amount to a retcon. That being said, I appreciate that the films can be enjoyed without watching AoS — but, as a fan of the show, Hydra just can’t hold

Cannonball, like many others here, has already been a mainstay member of the X-Men.... and New Mutants, X-Force, several other X-branded teams and a couple Avengers teams too. I’m not sure you can really count him as 3rd string by any stretch of the imagination at this point.

I have a sinking suspicion that the next several issues of X-Men have already been drawn, just with a few spaces in the panels left empty for whichever character wins the vote.

Ironically I’ve never played that particular LucasArts game. I just made it up one day, I was randomly typing a screen name “Manny” (I think for Counter Strike) and my brother suggested the “bones” part.

A “bitey piece of rope” doesn’t concern you????? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I made the “tough” comment to make sure you knew that I wasn’t being a jerk looking to start something. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 Also, a 1-inch thick worm is pretty damn thick! LOL

The question being, does his kids already have superpowers, or are they dormant but soon to manifest? Maybe that’ll be a main storyline in upcoming seasons.

General Lane living at Regular Avenue.

I think the situation with them being kicked from Solo, and Edgar Wright being kicked from Ant-Man, are just cases of Disney wanting more predictable, tonally homogenous films. Sure, GOTG and Raganrok are cool and colorful, but if you ask me they don’t really have quite as much depth or creativity as 21 Jump Street

Hope that we can quit thinking about the past.

Yeah this is how I feel too.

I can absolutely see them making this a Land of the Lost type film where he’s rescuing the Oompa Loompas. Honestly it’s about as much as they have in terms of an interesting story.
