So, I like her, I liked this, and I liked Nannette. She’s got a powerful, cutting, funny message and a great story. But, I’m continually confused about the idea that she invented this style. I’ve seen comics get into long, unfunny, personal stuff that’s also revelatory. Richard Pryor jumps to mind. Also John

I don’t doubt that HRC failed as a candidate. It’s true. It’s hard to compare to off cycles because many voters simply don’t even turn out in non presidential years. The people I mentioned either didn’t vote or voted straight D in those years.

Haha... that shit already happened.  We’re long past this.  You’re the guy who doesn’t want the extremists out.  But have fun.  Surely it can’t get worse!

See you in the gulag.

Or people like you.  Who knows?

Yup.  None ran.  None exist.  All are better than Trump.

Nah. They would just find something else to moan about. I supported Warren and was told she was too much of a statist. Pete was too Wall Street. Amy and Kamala were evil because they worked for prosecutors. A faction of the purported left is more interested in being gadflies than fighting for the greater good.

Nope.  If a voter can’t see the difference between Trump and Biden, that’s on them.  I understand there were other candidates people liked, but a fucking dead cow is better than Trump.  The anti-Biden vote seems rooted in diva-esque spite.  Just like the Stein vote, the Nader vote, and all the others.

It depends.  If it’s more than 60/40, sure.  But I have friends from PA and MI who went third-party in 2016 because they thought HRC had it locked.

BUT HER EMAILS!

Not unrelated - If/when Trump wins, I really hope all the holier-than-thous who refuse to vote Biden self-segregate and get the fuck out of my sight.

He could have cast the part out to someone more suited.

I’m with you 100%. I’m chuckling because it’s all that’s left. I’ve seen a country I once believed in where at least 40% of the voters approve of: (a) manifest criminality and corruption, (b) willful and systematic child abuse and human rights violations, (c) intentional disregard of our longstanding bipartisan

Wow.  This show ran 15 years on a major network with one of my favorite actors ever, and I literally never heard about it until now.

I mean, the good news is that it was a suicide.

1. That’s my point tho. There’s a fine boundary here where someone is obviously not a kid, like Dwight. Dude above is WAY past that. So the joke is just weird, because I’m distracted by the fact that he’s clearly middle aged. Yet he’s not middle aged enough to land. If he was fat, 50, and bald, it would have

Yeah, yeah.  But his age choice is somehow the worst.  If he was 50 or 30 it would have landed better.  This is just a weird age.

He needs to get himself some cocoa butter and stay out of the sun.

100%.  I can’t think of even one sexual act that is universally liked or appreciated.  People are just too all over the map.

Kid?  This guy has to be at least 40.

Tell me more about Betty.  Does one need to be into skating to get it?
