Pilot was busy listening to Vance tell him how good the couches on the plane are.

Hoonigan, prior to the merger, was a promotional agency masquerading as a t-shirt/youtube brand. They made millions on deals with big companies like General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, FCP Euro, Kubota, Black Rifle Coffee, etc.

Post-merger they wrapped the Hoonigan name around the company formerly known as Wheel Pros, so

Fuck Everything, We’re Doing Five Blades

They keep using the word “mall”. I do not think it means what they think it means.

This is why consumer protection laws exist, and why shitty red states often pass laws that strip away consumer protections. Ugh.

Not that able-bodied people don’t also deserve to not be ripped off, it’s especially scummy to do this to people that need these vehicles.  Worst of the worst.

I’m gonna be really disappointed if this car ends up being unobtanium like the Polestar 1.  Mass produce it you cowards.

You gotta be drunk to put with all those kids. Like my bus drivers back in the day.

What’s amazing is that Tesla is trying to make people believe that their “robotaxi” capability is imminent, when Teslas have barely proven themselves able to drive very far without human backup.  In the meantime, Navya, Zoox, Waymo and Cruise (not the best example, I know, but their cars were out there unaided) have

Other than the thousands and thousands of jobs involved, I don’t really understand the desire to save old brands. Like, yeah, Chrysler made some cool cars once. But it’s been on life support for decades and maybe it’s time to just let it die.

I can’t stop laughing at the crooked steering wheel after a U-turn. These proud owners are starting to seem like the abused partner in a relationship who still defends the abuser and sticks around for some delusional reason. It’s ridiculous.

The Altima having expired temp tags would’ve been the cherry on top.

Another brilliant move by Elon! He invented a car so safe that even people who break in don’t get hurt!

zombies lack the fine motor skills to peel an orange, its totally safe.

I’ve never seen a story with so much “yeah that makes sense” to it.  Altima?  Check.  Cybertruck failing a basic function?  Check.

After watching whislin diesel peel off the pillar trim with his hands I dont think its a very good truck.  Not to mention the frame ripping off completely pulling a F150 off a hill.

Of course it was an Altima driver, and of course the Cybertruck failed to meet a claim. I'm more surprised when a Cybertruck performs as advertised than when one fails.

I think it is more likely that of the two original lenders, one only gave pre-approval, not final approval. They let her drive off after signing the docs, but the bank then later looked at everything and for whatever reason, rejected the deal (which they could because they never gave final). Rather than discuss it

Me too! It’s a hard require for me. Not least bc, wife also wants it ..

This is such a massive unforced error by GM. No way am I buying a vehicle that does not have CarPlay. My apps and info move between all my cars currently and I do not even have to think about it.
