Takes a while to get caught, charged, and convicted. The original indictment in this case shows fraudulent behavior dating back to 2007. The case itself was filed in 2019, and they’re just now getting to sentencing.

There’s a copy of the lease included with the lawsuit on PACER. Not only does the McDonald’s exclusivity go unmentioned, but there’s a clause that gives Cane’s exclusive right to sell de-boned chicken at the shopping center.

There was a gate. That’s more than what a lot of dealerships in my area have.

She was still pissed about not getting to be Attorney General.

Yeah. I learned to drive a manual on a Ford Ranger my dad had bought entirely to tow his boat to the lake. It was only a few years old at the time, but the base (ish. It was a V6 4x4) Rangers back then were cheap. Certainly massively cheaper than other manual car he had at the time - a 911 Turbo.

I think it depends on the car to an extent, too. When we had 1st Gen Kia Souls a few years back, the interior space was plentiful even though it’s a pretty small vehicle while some other, larger cars felt more cramped.

It’s a perfectly cromulent movie.

I subscribed for some reason, but all I know I watch is Columbo.

They allege that they clearly communicated it now, after-the-fact. They can enter evidence to that effect if the suit gets that far. And I’m sure someone is going to want to depose whoever was on the other end of the phone call caught on video where the country club employee called right after the hole-in-one and

I constantly bother people on airplanes by making a random comment about my anticipated acceptance of my headwear by the people at our destination.

I mean, I didn’t see Tamlyn Tomita or Robyn Lively in “Hollow Man” or “The Saint”

That’s what was kind of interesting about the Mission:Impossible franchise. They give him the wife in III and then, in IV, Hawkeye gives that speech about not protecting them and the wife is thought to be a victim of the “killed off screen between sequels” curse only for them to have secretly split for her safety. And

My first car got about 150 miles to the tank, though a lot of that was my driving style and the fact that it was 1987.

Guatemalan in the case of the first Alabama-based Hyundai supplier that employed child labor. I don’t know about the second Alabama-based Hyundai supplier that employed child labor.

(And that’ s actually only counting once I’m on the main road. I have to make two lefts within my neighborhood just to get to the main road, though only one of them has opposing, straight-line traffic).

But it’s not just left turns at intersections that trip up self-driving cars. It’s any left turn with the potential of opposing, straight-line traffic. The vast majority of unprotected left turns are outside of intersections.

Not being able to turn left except at intersections that have lights with protected left-turn arrows is going to significantly increase my commute time (and that’s only if we make unprotected left turns in places where opposing, straight-line traffic exists illegal. If we make all unprotected left turns illegal, I

I am definitely with them, but it’d be nice to see authorities hold some traditional dealers who engage in the same or other illegal behavior to the fire, too. Granted, I’m thinking of Texas authorities who haven’t even gone after Carvana here yet and where businesses are only subject to the law and regulations to the

Listen, sometimes you have to maim or even kill a few people while letting roughly half of all murders go unsolved in order to prevent a citizen from having to deal with all sorts of insurance paperwork.

They had that Dijon Mustard Yellow they were pushing for a while that looked nice on the ‘Dune’ version of the Beetle, and the Arteon and Atlas had a yellow color (or yellow/gold, maybe?) available when they first came out that I’d see around.
