We had a pinball machine in our house for a long time when I was a kid in the ‘70s and ‘80s. Ours was some sort of western-themed machine, but it was one of the few games I could play with my Dad, who mostly eschewed video games.

The software the Dallas police uses dispatched officers to a 7-11 because it interpreted the rain as a crime-in-progress.

Yeah, my 1990 Integra was a four-door RS model with an automatic. I would have preferred a manual back then but I didn’t actually get to choose (father bought it for me to go to college). But that thing was pretty spartan otherwise.

Texas will try to catch up soon. They’re just hampered by the Legislature only being able to meet in regular session in odd-numbered years.

They shoulda called it the Rock Ridge.

I mean, yeah. A few have.

Jabberjaw?

Good for her. Looks like she did great work and sounds like she very much enjoyed doing it overall.

Yeah well. I still get to greatly benefit from being white regardless of whether this person gets prosecuted or not.
