The biggest difference is passing/receiving a pass. Not nearly as accurate and a lot of bobbles. Besides that, the style of play is the same because NHL parent clubs and their AHL affiliates match styles so that when a player get’s a call up he will fit right in and not have to learn a new style overnight.
