As an extreme minimalist, I approve this modification.
I always preferred:
The exterior TV is often preferable due to the ventilation of the interior toilet.
Has the headroom improved? The previous iterations had less than the Toyobaru twins.

Much less room in the Mk1 and Mk3. If you are tall and/or large, the Mk2 is more commodious.
