Unfortunately, U-238 was sunk on 9 Feb. 1944 and U-235 on 14 April 1945. So neither was available or large enough for the mission.

U-234 was sent to Japan with 540 kg of uranium oxide aboard. The sub surrendered as ordered by Adm. Doenitz on the May 10th of 1945. So, Fascists were helping Imperialists to build the bomb.... Unfortunately, that uranium was used by the US for bomb production.
