A 2000mile 2002, even a non-tii would be valuable, as it's a collectors car. a 2000mile e23 320 would be valuable, as it should shortly turn into a collectors car. And hell a 2000mile E30 M3 would be valuable. But this? This still has another 15 years to go, before its price might start hiking. In the meantime, what

Welllllll the main problem with the old 300 was its interior quality, or better said: lack thereof. Did the fix that?

I feel your pain Matt: no dragoning a car that can screw you back...

I see the happy face of a future LeMons racer in, say, 25 years, when he finds out he can work on his banger $500 LF-A with a simple set of screwdrivers - instead of bespoke tools and break-on-dissasembly parts found on all other 2011 cars. I like the old school way of the modern japanese hypercar!

I counted on my fingers: it is now 3 years and 6 month past, that i drove an R8. The then only available 4.2 V8, and with the S-Tronic, so not the sexiest version - but on a proper track. There are sensations, that leave a lasting impression.

I like it, i always had, and i can only wish my homeland would have used vehicles in such state for so low a price. I would rock it for me winter ride!

@handbrake: heartclick for that, i was thinking the exact same movie there. Fo**in Gypos!

@Party-vi: The Kuga comes with 2.5 5pot petrol, and 4wd, but as the 5pot is dated, you're likely getting exactly what you wished for.

@Xander Crews: X5 it isn't, its roughly X3 in size and engines.

@dopplerd: oh come on. Its been here for three years already. Or you don't get that in the US....?

@ob2s: Don't fret - the clc is utter shite, as it's an C-Sportcoupé with a nosejob, and is thus at least 10years of development behind it's rivals - which include the BMW 1 series and the Audi A3. I am sure the proper coupé that's the C-Coupé will be will see the US shores, officially.

I allways thought the old CLK, now E-Coupe was something wedged inbetween C and E sedans - based on the latter, looking like the former. Now comes this, with interior and engines and options virtually identical to the E-Coupé. I am feeling "porsche-911-dizzy" here, am i alone?

In this world, there are two kinds of cars my friend: some get to renew and keep in shape every once in a while, and some have to dig around even for a cheap nosejob. You dig.

@m2m: I couldn't just leave it there, could i?

...or, the Continental from Crash?

How about El Camino Gene Hackman uses in Enemy of the State?
