How do you figure?  There were undoubtedly cops (current and former) among the rioters and insurrectionists.  And they were undoubtedly contributing to a breakdown in law and order.  I’m not sure I see what the issue is with the headline.

I read the whole article and the headline is 100% accurate and justified.
