One of those rare instances where the price is not the same numeric value as it is in the UK.

Okay. Just saw a news article from Dec ‘14, where a young man died driving an atom down in San Diego. That was due to the lack of helmet. The other occupant survived with major injuries. Hmm..

I was being generous. I mean people can argue it’s a small company... At the same time though, with FEM and the ability to simulate most of the crashes before even trashing the first one to find out real world result, I can’t think of a reason why it can’t be done relatively cheaply for a small manu, conservative

Ha. Even Formula ford fair better than these. But whatever floats your boat. I’d expect something that cost 60k+ to perform at least as good as a civic in a crash.

Thanks for the reply. That’s the thing; I saw a vid of the ariel atom plowing into a brick wall, and the driver sustain serious injury. I’m not saying I expect them to perform the same as a 70k boxster, but I’d expect it to be at least as good as a corolla/civic...

Also, turn it to landscape...

Are these crash tested? I know the ariel atoms don’t look to be.
